Dues presents information that container terminals publish, and alerts based on it. We check the terminals’ files every 30 minutes, but terminals change their plans, publish late, and sometimes make mistakes in their own files.
Confirm critical dates
Always confirm critical dates and charges with your terminal, shipping line or forwarder before acting. Forecasts are estimates based on past performance.
Charges shown
Rand-at-risk figures use the published tariffs we name on each figure, or terms you enter. Your contract may differ.
Independence
We are not part of, or endorsed by, Transnet, the Transnet National Ports Authority, ICTSI or Durban Gateway Terminal.
Your account
Keep your login safe. You are responsible for the containers and contacts you add, and for the people you invite to your team or share a client board with.
Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Paystack, in rand, with VAT added where it applies. A paid plan runs until its next billing date. You can cancel any time from Plan and billing; it simply doesn’t renew.
Cooling-off
If you are a consumer under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel a paid plan within seven days of signing up, without reason or penalty, and we refund you in full within 30 days.
